Up to three submissions for Fan appreciation month. Remember this isn't a competition. I am going to take all submissions and spread them out over the month. So far no takers on the Re-Run, Crayon, or photoshop ideas. I'll also take origional motivational posters if someone is up for it. Just be creative.
27 days until the next fan appreciation month. Here are the categories for the month.
"Choose your own adventure comic"
Take one of the following three comics and write what you think the dialogue should be.

"Fun with a Re-Run"
Dig through the comic archive, pick any comic, and rewrite the dialogue to make it something completely different.
"I have crayons"
Draw your own military cartoon and write the dialogue. All I ask is that you're origional. Make sure your comic is already sized and cropped how you want it posted. If you don't I will resize it for you and I can't guarantee the quality of the posted image.
"Photo-Shop"
Instead of drawing your own comic take photos, frame them up, and add the dialogue. Its like a comic but with real people! Making the frames and dialogue boxes is easy to do in powerpoint if you use the shapes menu. Please keep all pictures and comics PG.
Keep in mind these are not set categories. If you want to send in fan art or something you don't see then send it in. August is about you, the fans, so have at it. Flex those creative muscles. The majority of comics will be selected before fan month even begins so start sending in your ideas now. Send all ideas to admin@thecrewdogs.com with the subject line Fan Month. Depending on the volume of submissons I may draw a few more "choose your own adventure" comics. I look forward to hearing from all of you.

I heard back from a publisher but they want to print the whole book in black and white. I'm not looking forward to the idea of redoing an entire book in black and white.
