I remember the first time I got attacked by the rats that hide in the ceiling. Those suckers are massive. It's not so bad once you get used to it. I'm tired of getting stitches though.
If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?
Dietrich Mateschitz, the man behind Red Bull. He's my hero. If anyone deserves a Pulitzer Prize, it’s him. Plus I could probably convince him to give me free Red-bull for the rest of my life.

Most definitely. If they aren't hot for the sleek look they think I'm dying of cancer. Then I get to play the pity card. It's win win for everyone!
Any advice to new Lieutenants entering the service?
Don't take crap from anyone. If your buddy is being a prick, tell him. If your instructor is being a prick, let him have it. If your commander is giving you crap, throw it back. Just make sure you have someone on standby with a video camera... and I want copies.
